Job Description:

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new Projects and competition status.
Record of closing leads, exceeding sales quota goals and managing sales pipeline.
Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Meets or exceeds sales targets through the training and managing of their sales associate staff.
Coordinates with the team& superiors to ensure efficient and stable sales results.

Develop lucrative incentive schemes and introduce monetary benefits to encourage them to deliver their level best.
Has to be an Expert in closing sales & strong negotiating skills.
