Job Description:

Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
Co-ordinating with sales team for after sales service.
Documentation & follow up of customers for payment.
Responsible for the closure of sales & handing over the apartment to the customer
Should act as an Intermediary between the bank & customer.
Must able to prepare weekly, monthly reports & MOM.
Guide and lead team members to deliver products/services that meet or exceed the customer requirements.
Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.
Provide proper refund and compensation to customers on time.
Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management
Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate continuation of business.
Negotiate and manage agreements through business contract process.
Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.
